The website (https://n-serwis.pl), the administrator of which is N-SERWIS.pl Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Katowice at ul. Klimczoka 9 does not automatically collect any data except for the data included in cookie files.

Cookie files (so-called “cookies”) constitute IT data, especially text files that are stored in the end user device of the Website User and are required to use the web pages of the Website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they originate from, the time of storage on the end user device, and a unique number.

Apart from the Administrator, access to cookies is granted to Google through Google Analytics tools in order to prepare statistics on website traffic and efficiency of promotional campaigns

organized by the website operator by using the above mentioned tools.

set the content of web pages of the Website according to User’s preferences and optimize the usage of web pages; these files particularly allow identification of Website User’s device to properly display the website, adjusted to his or her individual needs;
create statistics that help determine the way Website User’s use the web pages, so that it is possible to improve their structure and content;
sustain session of the Website User (after logging in) thanks to which the User does not have to enter his or her login or password separately on each web page;
efficiency optimization of displayed web pages, used inquiries, and displayed content.

Websites of the Administrator may use the following cookie files:
session cookies that are temporary files stored in the end device of the User until logging out, leaving the website, or switching of the software (web browser).
“Permanent” cookies are stored in the end device of the User for the period set in the parameters of cookie files or until they are deleted by the User.

Usually, software used to browse websites (web browser) allows storage of cookie files in the end device of the User by default. Users of the Website may at any time change the settings concerning cookie files. Those settings may be changed, particularly in such a way that allows blocking the automatic handling of cookies in the settings of the web browser, or inform the Website User about any such files stored in his or her device. Cookie files on the website of the Administrator are used only to sustain user’s session on the website and to check whether the user has already accepted the usage of cookie files on the website.
